1. Works with all internal departments and artists to effectively and creatively plan and execute compelling marketing and digital campaigns for ABS-CBN Music Labels (including but not limited to Star Music, Star Pop, DNA Music) and it’s sub-labels.
2. Creates release strategies, marketing timeline and tactics for the singles and albums to target market and specific territorial markets.
3. Identifies visual directions and type of assets needed for the marketing execution.
4. Ensures delivery of high guality creative visual output for ABS-CBN Music releases
5. Implements music marketing plans from pre-release to the week of release
6. Secures artist promo schedules, coordinates artist availability and updates artist growth
7. Distributes marketing agendas and record meeting minutes to circulate afterward
8. Initiates and coordinates production of promotional requirements and merch items such as posters, stickers, shirts, hoodies, etc.
9. Handles promotional campaign including but not limited to artist guesting for TV, radio, digital shows and events.
10. Creates and updates all artist marketing decks, marketing timelines, and other project-related documents.
11. Collects, organizes, and circulates all artist assets including photos, artwork, logos, music, bio, teasers, etc. to necessary point personnel
12. Manages audio and video release schedule documentation for both local and international releases.
13. Communicates marketing drivers and pitch information for upcoming releases to digital streaming partners, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
14. Builds relationships internally and externally to drive opportunities for the artists and the label.
15. Prepares and monitors project P&L, budgeting, compliance controls of music marketing team
16. Maximizes the potential of ABS-CBN Music catalogue through various marketing activities.
17. Distributes marketing agendas and record meeting minutes to circulate afterward
18. Monitors progress of projects (e.g. calendar, schedule, Charts, milestones, etc.)
19. Uses analytics tools to generate weekly reports of various platforms such as Believe Backstage, Spotify For Artists, YouTube analytics, Social Media analytics, etc.
20. Attends to documentation and administrative requirements as part of the completion of the services and day to day duties including calls, managing calendars, scheduling, etc.
21. Keeps oneself updated to trends to craft effective and competitive marketing plan for artists and releases
22. Performs other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
