Headlining the huge event are award-winning actress and comedienne Pokwang, internationally acclaimed singing star Jed Madela, the breakthrough Filipino young loveteam of the year, Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano, and the Fabulous Final Four of the hit show, Your Face Sounds Familiar: winner Melai Cantiveros, Jay-R, Edgar Allan Guzman and Nyoy Volante. Ticket holders get to enjoy activities for the whole family as early as 1pm while the main show starts at 6pm.


Filipinos in this region made the sacrifice of leaving the homeland, many even worked in the Middle East as contract workers, and then found their way here in Calgary where they have settled successfully, even when faced with challenges relating to the volatile oil market that drives the city' economy.
