Description

This position is responsible for assisting the Label Head in overseeing the Label’s end-to-end content production, talent sourcing and management and completion of day-to-day operations and administrative requirements of the label.

  • Facilitates meetings and brainstorms with management and recommends strategic
    direction and key actions in relation to content production, marketing and the label’s day
    to day operations.
  • Supervises the content creation and production process of assets/ content project as
    assigned by the Label Head and ensures the timely release and delivery of music
    content/assets.
  • Assists in defining the way by which music releases and content will be brought to and
    received by the customers and consumers
  • Recommends and identifies the right talent and develops their maximum artistic potential
  • Analyzes competitive positioning of the content and music projects.
  • Handles and monitors spending of budget.
  • Helps define and differentiate the label’s elements of style, the perspective from which it
    speaks, and its general character or attitude from other labels.
  • Recommends the right talent and helps identify development plans for artist to attain
    their maximum artistic and commercial potential.
  • Joins and participates in the career pathing of music talents.
  • Helps identify the utilization and profitability of music projects in the different platforms.
  • Sources and develops pool of music creators, artists/new music talents and suppliers
    (e.g. producers, arrangers, vocal coaches, songwriters and artists) who shall conform to
    the standards and budget limitations of the project subject for the approval of
    engagement by the Label Head and the Creative Director.
  • Handles the effective management of budget and P&L of assets and project assigned by
    the Label Head.
  • Ensures that the projects are within approved P&L.
  • Responsible for the attainment of defined KPIs of projects assigned by the Label Head.
  • Keeps himself/herself abreast with music copyright policies and music publishing.
  • Recommends effective marketing campaign for content releases under the Label in
    coordination with the Marketing and Promotions team.
  • Handles the overall release strategy and timeline for assigned artists.
  • Recommends effective marketing campaigns for the artists under the label.
  • Consolidates project calendar/timelines of the label especially of music projects
    assigned to him/her by the Label Head.
  • Monitors adherence of stakeholders to the project calendar/timelines and in the delivery of agreements of contracted talent/suppliers
  • Facilitates processing of project contracts and documentation of deals in relation to the delivery of content/music releases and assets
  • Handles coordination of schedules with artists, talent managers, promotion team, events team and other applicable teams as assigned by the Label Head
  • Handles collection and submission of assets and coordination to proper units
  • Represents the Label Head in meetings and other events as may be assigned by the Label Head.
  • Ensures compliance to company policy, guidelines and procedures
  • Contributes to the Label Key Performance Indicators by releasing their assigned number of tracks and achieving its corresponding revenue
  • Attends to documentation and administrative requirements of the role
