POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Delivery Specialist focuses on material requirements and delivery across all global platforms. The position ensures that the content/ materials comply with the regional regulations and policies of the assigned channel or platform. This position requires close coordination and communication with ABS-CBN Global departments and other ABS-CBN Divisions and Subsidiaries.

This position reports directly to the Content Delivery Head.

MAJOR FUNCTION AND DUTIES

• Review the weekly grid and program timeslot.
• Provide materials to all global and third-party platforms. (Linear, OTT, etc)
• Prepare and submit the signed Retrieval Form Request to FILM ARCHIVE, MEDIA ASSET
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
• Provide the weekly asset code and endorse materials to Big Dipper.
• Ensure correct format of the materials. (File format and audio/ video format)
• Responsible for copying and archiving of materials.
• Monitor program output.
• Cascade relevant information to Big Dipper and global partners.
• Receive materials from program supplier. (dvd/ external drive/ FTP downloading)
• Monitor all material endorsement from internal and third-party partners/ clients.
• Notify global partners the status of material delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in communication arts, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective in dealing with internal and external clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Team-oriented; meets deadlines and values others’ input
• Able to work long hours, multitask, and adapt to flexible schedules
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
