Description
The CSR shall deal with customers on their concerns on the products of the company’s business partners while projecting a professional company image through online and digital media transactions. Moreover, they shall use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They communicate with customers to gain a better understanding of their needs and offer possible solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Obtains client information by answering calls, interviewing clients, verifying information using various digital platforms and using the standard spiel applicable for a particular concern.
- Provides technical resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and by participating in educational opportunities (up-skilling or cross-skilling training).
- Escalate customer trouble issues, when appropriate
Qualifications:
- At-least Senior High School Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
