- Ensures completeness and daily acknowledgements of remittance transactions received from remittance partners.
- Verifies validity and correctness of remittance transactions received from remittance partners.
- Checking of remittance transactions and ensures correctness before disbursement to paying agents.
- Maintains a summary / record of daily processed transactions.
- Ensures strict observance of remittance transaction cut-off time set by the company.
- Ensures completeness of batch proof sheet.
- Generate and submit monthly distribution report to Head Ops.
- Assigns monthly work schedule for DP Staff.
