About the role

iCONN, an ABS-CBN subsidiary, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

As a Kapamilya Digital Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience, career growth, and the chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records accordingly
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

 

What we’re looking for

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or 2nd Year College level (old curriculum)
  • Proficient in using digital technologies, including but not limited to application-based services and various social media platforms
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Willing to work on cyclical shifts, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use desktop computer systems with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at the ABS-CBN Compound, Quezon City
