Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategizes and effectively implements communication slants in media briefings and press releases of ABS-CBN Music products.
  • Conceptualizes, curates, pitches and presents promotional plans for music releases, assets, catalogue for execution in various platforms such as but not limited to Television, Radio, Print and Press, on-ground promotional activities and events.
  • Arranges and communicates publicity write-ups and materials to internal and external media anchored on the PR/publicity strategy of music releases.
  • Ensures timely communication and issuance of press releases to various platforms and partners
  • Creates effective artist guesting plans.
  • Handles pitching and booking to various platforms including but not limited to TV, radio, online shows and events.

— Distributes music products to local and international radio stations.
— Monitors frequency and effectivity of radio airplay.

  • Coordinates blog conference and media conference to Single Point of Contact
  • Ensures relevance and timely availability of creative visual assets for the promo guesting and media tour.
  • Assists in managing and organizing promotional activations including showcases, and virtual or on-ground events.
  • Participates in external artist related events such as shows, music festivals, and promotional visits.
  • Handles coordination of any promo guesting to artists and artist management.
  • Establishes rapport with the artist or talent manager in order to elicit cooperation regarding implementation of publicity plans.
  • Reports progress of projects to the Label Head and PubProm Lead (e.g. stutus of projects)
  • Keeps oneself updated to trends to craft and execute effective and competitive pubpromo plan for artists and releases
  • Attends to documentation and administrative requirements as part of the completion of task for publicity and promotions activities (e.g. documentation of Supplier agreements, processing of payments, submission of status/completion report, etc.)
  • Builds wide network of publicity pool and tap when necessary.
  • Performs other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
