About the role
iCONN, an ABS-CBN subsidiary, is slooking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
As a Kapamilya Digital Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience, career growth, and the chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Document customer interactions and update customer records accordingly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
What we’re looking for
- At least a Senior High School graduate or 2nd Year College level (old curriculum)
- Proficient in using digital technologies, including but not limited to application-based services and various social media platforms
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willing to work on cyclical shifts, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use desktop computer systems with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be amenable to work onsite at the ABS-CBN Compound, Quezon City
